Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Sponge: Photo Video Cleaner. By using Sponge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Sponge helps you review, organize, and clean up photos and videos on your device. You are responsible for reviewing cleanup suggestions before deleting any item.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Sponge may offer paid features, subscriptions, trials, or one-time purchases through Apple's in-app purchase system. Pricing, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

By signing up, you also agree to the Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA).

Photo and Video Deletion

When you delete media through Sponge, deleted items may be moved by iOS to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album. You should confirm that you no longer need items before permanently deleting them.

No Warranty

Sponge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that cleanup suggestions will be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or media, arising from your use of Sponge.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sponge after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
